Years ago, when studying for the CPA exam, I made up my own flash cards on 4x6 index cards and took them with me in my car to study while commuting. And I passed the first time. You might try that....instead of putting your outline on paper, put it on index cards. Do a couple a night if you get a chance. Definitions, concepts, BLL, etc. on one side, some examples, hypos, references to the cases on the other. If you can do that in your car, then the out of car time can be used for reading, briefing, and any writing assignments you might have. But the key is to make your own; you will learn and remember so much more by doing them yourself rather than buying them.
