My first week was great. Thanks for asking. I see that this is going to be a big juggling act, so you have to read and brief on your own a little bit longer.

OK, I'll do my homework, but can we split your fees when  you become a lawyer?

Maybe so, but following the case of "Embry," the law will also take the words by its "reasonable" meaning. I think it would be unreasonable to hold either one to this contract.

If I do feel I might have some time for study aids, what is the one study aid you think I might most benefit from?

Would the reasonable person consider the statement an offer? No because we are 1L's and our brains are way to packed with info for us to make logical non-lawschool decisions. The contract is non-binding the case is dismissed.LOL I love this site.
GOOD LUCK FELLOW 1L's
