Is there just a general lack of excitement about starting law school (due to the summer ending, perhaps) - or is it just among most of the USD students?

 I was totally excited     I deferred my admission until next year, though.  Good luck with everything...I will be joining you at USD next fall (I can't wait!).

What made you defer if I may ask?

   I'm finishing up my Ph.D.  I have to write 4 papers and my dissertation by November and I was conerned about balancing that with the first year of law school (which I hear is the hardest).  The administration/dean of admissions were really great about it, though, so it has made me feel even better about choosing USD.  I wish I could start this year...I'm pretty excited about law school.
