Law Review Question...

Hi,

I am not a law school student yet, I will be applying in September. I have a question about Law Review, and I was not sure where else to ask, I assumed here would be a good place.

I am thinking about applying to law school in the part time division so that I can keep my job, but...

Can PT students make the law review? I can not imagine why they would not be able to, but I was wondering if anyone could confirm this one way or another.

At my school, 3rd and 4th year evening students are eligible to write on/grade on.  Be careful, though, if you plan to switch to full-time.  I did, and I got screwed out of the opportunity to be on LR.

At my school they automatically take the same percentage from each division, part time-day, part-time evening and day.

Why don't you check with the actual schools in which you are interested?  Every school has different policies on law review membership.
