Cardozo as a law school has a solid reputation which is growing by the minute. As far as the IP program LLM is concerned, I don't have personal expereince with it. However, my contracts and UCC professor at NYU's paralegal program has a JD and an IP LLM degree from Cardozo.
The school environment according to him is very cooperative as opposed to competitive. The professors in the LLM program are very helpful and approachable.
