No matter how you try to clean it up, you are simply rude. No matter what you thought, you could've made all your points without being an a**hole. You chose to be insulting, assuming and arrogant
It's better to just accept the fact that you are rude, at least you'll be honest with yourself instead of trying to make excuses or be phony.
