how's the meal plan at usd?

i'm thinking about buying a meal plan at USD. Is this recommended?

My meal plan involves Cheesecake Factory across the street :)

Just make sure you have about 3 hours to kill if you're gonna eat at Cheesecake Factory because the wait is outrageous. But you can always pop in and buy some cheesecake and run!

Most schools have the freshman 15, at USD they lose 15 pounds bc the food is HORRIBLE, dont do it eat off campus or bring food.

the problem with the meal plan is that it comes to be about $7 a meal, you could instead buy whatever you want for $4-5 dollars although it is still overpriced at that
