Scholarships

Does anyone know if schools typically offer scholarships to student after the first year if they complete their first year in the top 10%, even though their LSAT and GPA weren't good enough (150/3.37)to be offered a scholarship upon admission?

Some schools do. Ask whichever schools you plan to apply to/attend.
