I'm moving into a 2 bdr condo about 20min from DePaul law school in Chicago this fall. I am looking for a good roommate. I have a lot of requirments, but basically I want someone mature, who is serious about studying. Here is part of my wish list.

quiet
clean and neat
honest (say what you mean and mean what you say and follow through!
financially stable (this will likely cost $7-800/mth)
I meet all these criteria and expect my roommate to do the same.
