Part time / Full time

I know that it is possible to transfer from part time to full time within a school. Does any one know if it is possible however, to transfer from the part time program at one school into the full time program at another?

i.e. - Part time at New England 1st yr to Full time at Hofstra 2nd yr.

I only checked with one school (Stetson) after my first year in a part-time program, but they said I would only be eligible to transfer into their part-time program.
