I think that's mostly a personal choice of what kind of law school experience you want to have and whether you'd like to work in Boston or NYC the first couple years out of law school (both are mobile in the NE but it would be easier to stay for a couple years where you go to school). I lived in NYC the last seven years so I know that Fordham definetly has a good rep there. I never felt there was a huge bias between Columbia, NYU and Fordham; they are treated pretty equal. I worked for a lady who was a graduate of Fordham law and is now a partner at Skadden, Arps.., so BigLaw would definetely be an option with all the alumni in high places if you do well.
