what was your reasoning for a non-drinking roommate? not smoking in the apartment i understand, but how is it a distraction if someone drinks a beer or glass of wine while you're sitting near them?

i'm not trying to be rude, i'm actually just curious.

Generally it's not just "one" glass of wine or beer and then there're those "quiet" parties till 4am and yes I've had to put up with them 3-4 times this semester.

Right on.  I'm a 1L... and yes, Legal Writing is a pain.  Although, Professor Blais made me his legal writing TA for next year, so i guess that's cool.  Finals prep is so fun!

Just to inform all those that frequent this board... Potkettleblack isn't really in law school at DePaul.  He is a vagabond that is leeching internet access from the local Best Buy.  Every Tuesday he would show up to my sections' Crim Law class sporting nothing but a bow-tie and glitter on his private areas.

Well I graduated and found a position in Rockford where I currently work. Interesting too look at my stupidity when I began school. I actually started to read a secured transactions outline. *shakes head* I never even took the class....
