wait listed at university of pennsylvania and georgetown university

i am a nigeian corporate lawyer with about seven years work experience in both private legal practise and the banking sector of nigeria i applied to university of chicago,  new york university, georgetown university, university of pennsylvania, and harvard i was not taken at harvard, new york, chicago however i am on the wait list of pennsylvania and georgetown what are my chances of getting admitted and what can i do to enhance my chance plus the waiting game is beginning to frustrate me what are my options
