feminist legal theory, gender, women's rights
« on: February 04, 2004, 12:59:28 PM »
anyone know what schools have programs/courses/profs on this subject? it seems to be sidelined in alot of places -- most top 10 schools i looked at have the obligatory feminist legal theory and sex discrim courses, but that's it. if anyone has any thoughts (i know about gtown's intl women's rights clinic, and it looks as if cornell might have some visiting feminist scholar programs), that would be great. i'm interested in women's rights, reproductive issues, also gender-based asylum work - i understand there's a center at hastings on this (but i'm in NYC and trying to stay). thanks!

an equally helpful reply, thanks barry! the point is, i've done my research and still cant come up with anything, which is why i'm posting here. clearly different than asking someone for a definition.

and yes. i think i've always been a prick. you must be just learning.

I realize this post is dated now, but for what it's worth (maybe something to someone else), check this out:
