april 15th til a decisoin?

most schools want their admitted students to send in a deposit by april 15.

do you think most schools that i havent heard a peep from are waiting to see how many deposits they get before they decide to accept me, deny me, or waitlist me?

it seems like this is a bit of a long wait to not have them even waitlist me?

and im talkin 4 schools that i havent heard anything from-

I have one still pending....seat deposit at my number 2 due April 1st.  Already sent.

In at one, 3 pending, seat deposit due 4/15, sent 3/25.  gotta secure your seat somewhere while you wait for the rest. And honestly, I think that is exactly what they are doing.

i spoke to the dean of admissions at syracuse university...thats exactly what SU is doing. they are waiting until april 15th to see how many deposits they get and then decide how many more people will be admitted. it is analagous to an unofficial waitlist.i applied nov. 1st and still do not have a decision.

Granted I applied late, but I am still waiting to hear anything! from 10 schools. Is that possible!?  I am sort of middle of the road candidate at the schools, but come on.  I'd like to hear something!

I am thinking that I won't hear from schools until after their seat deposit deadlines. That's fine with me as long as they have a space for me. I would rather wait and get a yes/waitlist than a waitlist/ding now. But waiting does suck.

True.  All we can hope is that by some miracle of God, after the seat deposits are put down, they find a nice little seat for us!  At least at 1 of the schools, but I'm waiting on responses from Columbia, NYU, Berkeley, GULC all which should be rejects, so I am very confused as to why they have not sent them!  I'm definitely complete at all of the schools.

Well I guess, no news, isnt good news, but it isnt bad news, eh?

i have 8 pending.  i mean i applied in late december after the dec LSAT results but this is getting ridiculous.  i would think i'm an auto-ding at wake and brooklyn, however they haven't responded with anything.  i did get the reject at temple and emory.  i would love to slip thru the cracks somewhere, but who knows.  anyone have the seat deposit deadlines for:
