However, I've taken summer courses 2003 & 2004 at PCCC in Haskell and I must say the rooms/desks, and even the library is nice and spacious.
I just didn't want to drive that far in October. (20-30 minutes).

If you've already been to PCCC and liked it, wouldn't that be the clear choice? Why risk something new by going to R-NB? The LSAT is not the time to try new things. A 30-min drive is a small trade-off for familiarity and the emotional security that provides.
