My fault. It was an email within the last hour, title is "***Penn decision notification*** looks exactly like the deferral email.

sorry guys. I haven't hear ONE thing from Penn since I got my complete email in January.  I am too scared to call them and worried that will make me in the reject pile :)You guys have plenty of other great choices tho!

Add me to the Penn Waitlist list.   :):'(  I don't know whether to be happy or sad...although with my numbers I consider it a moral victory as is.  I'm still going to try my hardest to get in...
