Santa Clara ding
« on: March 15, 2005, 05:22:37 PM »
The wording in the letter made it seem like that they were done reviewing everyone's file (actual quote, "decision was made after a painstaking review of over 4,400 applications").  I live real close to them, so maybe a whole flurry of decisions is on the way.  I'm actually more pissed off about the fact that they didn't even seal the envelope (which seems a bit unprofessional, especially considering how expensive their app fee is) than I am about the actual rejection (which was expected).

Sorry for the bad luck...I'd just like a decision from them one way or the other!

Sorry to hear. I should get my ding tomorrow then. Mail from my mom in San Jose usually takes one day to get here. We'll be dinged together!

It's taken them a long time to give decisions. I'd just stopped caring.

What's funny is that my Denver ding also came in an unsealed envelope.  Perhaps the temps who are processing the mail have developed a bad case of dry tongue!?!?!

That sucks man. I was hoping you'd come through successful. Your LSAT should've been good enough to get a sealed envelope.  >:(

But you'll get in somewhere decent, still got good schools pending.
