Just one, based on the fact that is the only one near home and moving away is not practical right now.  It's a Tier Two that is extremely well regarded in the State.  I was accepted and I'll start next month.

I figured if law school is fantastic and I get the grades needed to transfer I could always apply to some top 20 schools after 1L if I want.

I should have just applied to one-Widener. It was where I had the best chance, and I had a feeling all along that that would be the one to work out. And it was! ;D

16.

Reason: expected high LSAT plus low GPA plus non-trad. Hoping somebody will like my story and let me in.

Well, for a split that is the ultimate combination. I am sure you'll have no problem.

I'll apply to 5-6, depending on my October LSAT.  UNC (in-state), UVA, Duke, Georgetown, George Washington, and then maybe a NYC school.  All of this depends on me doing as well on the LSAT as I have on practice lsats (168-172 with a 3.69).
