Yes, old LSAT scores are not reported to law schools 5 years after the original LSAT was taken. I took the LSAT 5 years back after taking Kaplan and scored 148 .. horrible .. so I figured out that even I'd get as high as 160 on another LSAT administration, the average would still be low, only 154 so I decided to let five years go by to take the LSAT again.

This could happen, and I actually know a person who is in exactly in this position!
