hard to knock the gators and gainesville.  i'm the freaking president of one of their Gator Clubs out of state.  however, i maintained my in-state FL status to get a good deal on LS.  too bad i'm on the WL for FSU and canned by UF.  my plan didn't work too well.  that deal is ridiculous.  debt, here i come...

I'm in-state and have been a Florida resident for 23 of my 26 years on this planet. UF sent me a letter back in December asking me to justify my claim to Florida residency with a chronology of my whereabouts since 1996. I was pretty pissed off and should have withdrawn my application back then.

I've had really bad luck with Florida schools. I was rejected at FSU for undergrad but accepted a lot of other better places, with a bunch of money.
