That is rough, I am sorry to hear about this. Is there anyway you can finish up as much as possible before the class starts? I have not heard back from my advisor yet. But, I got rejected from Syracuse today, and even though I am pending at 9 more places, there are only about 3 or 4 that I would want to go to over Albany. I am just sending in the deposit.

Anyone know where to send the check? Is it to admissions?

I don't think I can finish any earlier.  I will have one last experiment ending the beginning of April that I will have to analyze data for and write up.  I am gonna write all that I can early, but there will still be plenty left to finish.

I thought you were suppose to send the check to admissions.

Don't worry, when I went to the open house, they said that anyone who had a pending application would hear within the next 2 to 3 weeks. I am sure you will find out soon!

What were your numbers? Albany is my top choice, and i would jump on the ability to do the "preclass" class. Especially if it meant worrying would be over. I have a 2.7 and a 153.

Thanks, Shadow. The reason Albany is on top is because i am from rochester NY and a great deal of family friends as well as attorneys that have worked for my father have gone. It has a good name in the area, and oh yeah i got dinged by syracuse. haha
