okay, my turn. offering my fate up to the gods of this thread 

African American Female
born & raised in the Caribbean (US Citizen)
07 Grad
Solid position in mktg at insurance co.

GPA  3.35 (dismal, i know) 
LSAT 164

Strong PS about overcoming barriers placed on women in my family, diversity statement about growing up in the caribbean, how it influenced my view of the world, blah blah. Active in quite a few student groups.

Any suggestions on where i should apply/aim for? Thanks guys!!!

Thanks, I was (and still am) a little worried about that GPA, but am still going for a lot of the T14 anyway, so i'm glad to hear other ppl think I have a shot. scully, I snooped and saw that you're gpa was a BROWN gpa, which I think makes it a little better than mine  But i'll be crossing my fingers anyways!

 I am a little worried about the possibility of getting into law school. I took the lsat and i got a disappointing 145.  I have a 3.4 GPA. I am a black female. Does anyone have any suggestions of schools I should apply to?? Thanks

I'm new to the application process. I have been reading some of the threads and I have a question.
Do schools really add 10 points to your LSAT if you are an URM?
What about the GPA?

Sorry here are my stats: 158, 3.15 LSDAS UGPA, 3.57 gpa, African American, nice upward trend in last 2 years.

You should be good for 15-25.  Throw some apps at the lower t14 too.  There is no magical rule for URM admissions.

Hello everyone. This is my first post. I've  looked at medians and 25th/75th percentiles to get a pretty good idea where I'm competitive. However, I am having trouble determining where I can realistically expect a full tuition scholarship. ( A stipend would be great too).

My info:
3.5 GPA, 164 LSAT
Excellent Resume (legal internship, several other internships, part time W/E through college, extensive nonprofit work)
Okay recommendations
International student (so federal loans are not an option)
Black/ URM

So where could I get a good scholarship? Thanks for taking the time to answer

You should get money at UVA down.  Not sure where full tuition would kick in.
