I'd rather live south honestly if I could do it over again. I have a friend that lives in the Gables at the Terrace (right by Barton Creek Mall). She loves it, but I have no clue how much she pays. Another friend lives right off Oltorf and has a pretty nice place. I think it's just more expensive, more cityish, less green.
