Obviously, the PS is relatively unimportant, but...
I agree with the poster above. I have yet to read anything that even hints of unimportant. It may be a non-issue with high #'s but in cases where you have low ones or the adcom is deciding between two equal candidates it is HUGE. Don't down play it!
