Too Late for Penn? HELP

I grew up in PA and have been kicking myself lately for not applying to Penn and see where the chips fall.  I easily got into Villanova and Temple, but as of now Fordham anad BC are my top choices. (Still waiting on GTown & GW)  So anyway, I was wondering if you think it is a hge waste of money and time to apply to Penn today?  Their deadline is the 15th~!  I have a 165 and a 3.8 from BC.... What are my chances?

Go for it.  Otherwise you'll wonder if you could have gotten in.  It's better to know one way or the other.

you dont have a great shot, especially applying this late, but its worth the app fee at least.  you'll have some peace of mind and might get lucky
