I think that one of the reasons that NYLS is a Tier 3 is that they don't have a stellar bar pass rate. It is below average, and I think that is something to consider, although I am sure you have already made your plans. Seton Hall has an 82% bar pass rate in NJ, which is above average and I think this helps them. I don't really think there is a different between the classes because you are going to take the same curriculum and it probably won't be a vast difference--but I had this same choice myself adn I did not choose NYLS because I heard too much feedback from attorneys that it is extremely difficult for most students there to find great jobs. I'm sure it is a good education though.
