Relax. Send in the deadline by the time they request it. If you're a worrier, email the admissions office to make sure they got it.

Occasionally, more people enroll than they intended. If that happens, they offer a few people scholarships to defer a year, or are much stringent next year to even things out [I believe U Illinois an example of the latter]. Either way, you'll be taken care of. That being said, it usually works out; law schools know what yield they're likely to get, they know how many applicants there are this year, and they plan accordingly.
