Well guys... I received a letter from FSU. We regret, blah, blah blah, we've had a higher number of applicants who scored exceptionally well on the "traditional indicators" of law school success, blah blah blah, invite to transfer after first year, contact office for details, blah, blah. Basically, my LSAT is too low.
I called Case and they said they've decided on all their holds and that I should be contacted this week--but barring an act of God I'm not going to be able to afford it even if an offer was made.
I'll take some time to think things over--maybe apply to Stetson for the Spring, maybe wait a year. Fairly depressing but not totally unexpected I must say. You guys have been great, I've appreciated your support throughout all this. I'll keep hanging around for a bit.
