It's about time. I have been expecting this BU rejection for some time now. It's actually a relief to get this out of the way. It's not like I was a tough denial for them either. They've had my stuff since mid November.
In an effort to be optimistic I was imagining that the delay meant something in my app had intrigued them. But then I looked at LSN and got over that. So now the city of Boston is officially out for me.
