Stanford ding
« on: February 07, 2005, 11:29:07 PM »
got the rejection letter today..  totally expected, but still stings a little.

what's worse is that the envelope had already been torn open when I got it.. the damn mailman opened it before delivery I guess? that's just rude.  >:(

anywayz.. I hope I'll hear good news from either H or Y..

Wait, are you kidding me?  Someone actually opened your letter somewhere along the way before it ended up in your mailbox?  That's about as nosy as I've ever heard.

Sorry to hear about the ding, goodluck with the others.

Um, isn't it against the law to open someone else's mail (at least that's what I kept telling my parents when I was a kid)?  I'm pretty sure that's the first thing they learn when they got the job....

sorry about the ding.

3.7/154, URM (maybe, maybe not), praying to the admissions god to be kind to me and let me in, damn it!

Oh, and I'm also slowly becoming a LSD addict, thanks.

yes, someone opened the letter before I got it.  Must've been the mailman, right?

Oh well.. I think I'll sue him once I pass the bar exam.. I don't have the energy to do it right now  ;)

Thank you all and good luck with your applications.

Sorry, man.
I wonder if mine is coming today.
Damm mailman is messing with me.

My Yale rejection letter was kind of ripped too.
I wonder what that's all about.
Maybe they do it on purpose.
Maybe it's just an insult to injury thing.

Well, Harvard is got its arms wide open for u. The mailman would REALLY have to piss me off(like steal my acceptance letter) to make me unhappy after an H acceptance.  ;)

Yes, I have made my peace with my inevitable Stanford ding.
I just wish it would get here already. Where is that mailman today?

i couldn't think of a better place to study the law than stanford.  sorry to hear of your rejection.  its not easy to get in if you're a moldy, 20th century eastcoaster. they like lumberjacks and hippys from the granola trail.

should we start a mailman watch group?
