Applying online throug lsac. Can LORs be faxed to them? If not if the letters get out in the mail by wednesday do you think i can get my apps in by the Feb. 15th deadline

Well, if your school doesn't request your report more than 8-10 working days before the 14th, you may be out of luck.  Perhaps try faxing over the recs to each school individually, bypassing LSACs lag time?
