So...where does Michigan rank for you now vs. Penn, Columbia etc?

Well, I think I'd put it slightly behind Penn at the moment but the Michigan campus and Ann Arbor look absolutely beautiful, so I think I'll need to give a visit.  I still haven't heard from Columbia, but I've got my fingers crossed for that one.

I actually really love Penn's campus as well.  It, along with Columbia, have the nicest urban campuses that I've seen.

Scholarship info comes later - at least a few weeks after the initial acceptance.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the comment on your letter - everyone gets something akin to that.
