Andrew,HBCU started the Black Law Student Discussion Board and has been an active member since its conception. Throughout the history of the board, there have been a number of instances in which users who do not regularly post on BLSD came on and made disrespectful and racist comments and have failed to follow the rules of the BLSD community which HBCU established. In order for BLSD to continue to function as a peaceful and informative board, we would like to request that you give HBCU the position of moderator. Ruskie, et al.

DOOLEY predicts the following: within a day, this HBCU person will be a mod, because 4 or 5 people signed his petition. DOWNY had over 20 signatures, mostly from old-school LSDers. He was never made a mod and likely wouldn't have been one with 100 signatures. Is this fair? DOWNY was here for almost a year. Maybe if DOWNY was black he could be a mod.
the notion of assigning a special "black" moderator for a particular thread is absurd. you guys are a bunch of sheep. lets all follow ruskie and engage in mutual ass-kissing.

TUNA thinks every racial and ethnic group needs their own board with their own moderator. This way, we can promote true separatism and racial tension under the guise of being "politically correct," which seems to be the objective of LSD posters. The moderators shouldn't be called "moderators," they should be called "warlords." This will promote the balkanization of the board and allow people to have race wars, like in Somalia. The warlords can fight with each other and struggle for control by deleting posts and threads and kicking people of different races out of their forums. Soon affirmative action discussions will break out and factions will develop. One faction will be racist white people who hate AA. The other one will be white people who think it’s really trendy and cool to “love” AA and shout in a load voice that they are defending the downtrodden minorities of the world. All of LSD will love them and the world will be a better place.
