Sending Deferral Schools Additional Information

I have two updates I was considering sending in to my deferral schools:

    1) An additional letter of recommendation from a Dean in my department.
 
    2) I submitted a manuscript to the Journal of Law and Human Behavior on juror decision making and personality theory. I was considering sending a copy of this manuscript in.

Do you guys think it's a good idea to send these both in?
