Am I in high demand or not as an Asian American female?? Are there higher standards for Asians? I know we are not considered minorities even though we are in fact minorities. Someone please inform me. Thank ya~~~~~

why not share your stats? you get the most accurate feedback that way. we are on the internet. no need to be shy.

Your Asian status (unless you are SE asian) might not help you very much at most schools. Asians are not considered URM, so don't depend on that too much. Your female status might add some weight if the school is looking to increase their female population, but those are hard to find. If that is what you are looking for, try browsing through lsac.org to find schools where there are more males than females. Either way though, I wouldn't depend too much on being an Asian American female in terms of admissions. Play up other strengths like EC, WE, or a life-changing experience, its a much better route. I'm not sure if you're talking to me, but if you want to know what's considered URM and not at most schools, here is a partial list...

URM Asians
Most Southeast Asians

Non-URM Asians
Korean, Chinese, Japanese
