Chicago Hold
« on: January 24, 2005, 05:21:33 PM »
Held at Chicago- http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com/display.php?cycle=0405&user=melissamw

Given the option to do an interview, or write an essay.  Wonder what my chances of being accepted would be if I did an interview.  I hate to just waste my time and money by doing an interview...

What was your undergrad GPA? I ask since you have your graduate numbers up....

I'd say if you make a favorable impression your chances are very good, and an interview is always better than an essay because it means they connect with you.

good luck

I got a hold letter today too.  Was really surprised since I expected the waitlist, at best.  Will probably do the interview, and maybe the essay.

An essay, man... geez.  That's so cruel, after we feel we've finished it all and are done with all that crap. Grrr... I'm expecting mine in the mail today or tomorrow.
