Has anyone made a trip to Villanova's campus?

I visited Villanova.  Beautiful campus in nice section of PA.  Law building is VERY old (ancient compared to Rutgers-Camden, Temple, and Widener- each in the area), and they plan no renovations, since they are constructing a new building in a few years.  I liked it, though, and it would have been my first choice if it were closer to home or had on-campus dorms.  They have an awesome tax law program, which really interested me.

Is the law building VERY old and well maintained?
Is construction already underway for the new building?

I've never been to Pennsylvania, but how far is Villanova from Philly?
