1. no.  if it was a woman, yes.

Are you imagining Pamela Anderson? Because the admissions officer would be an older woman. EDIT: Link removed.

As far as committing fraud etc. while guaranteed not to get caught? I wouldn't stop at fraud  :P

I would only take an advantage I was entitled to.  If I was a URM, I'd take whatever I could get.  And if being female was a URM, I'd be very happy with that.  However, that's as far as I'd go.  No sex or bad checks!

I would not take the admission.  As cool as it would be to go to Yale, if I don't get in cause they don't want me because of my academic qualifications, then I shouldn't be there and I don't want to be.

OK I understand your position now. You would for a half-decent looking woman, but not for any woman.

i used to think like that.  but now i realize that its MY life and MY future and i couldnt care less what some crusty old adcomms thinks of me.  if they dont think im qualified they can just kiss my ass, give me that yale diploma, and ill be on my way.

I would take advantage of it but only within reason.  I wouldn't take so much advantage of it that I was at a law school where I couldn't comptete.  Just by asking, "if you were a URM would you take advantage of it" says that without you would not be able to get into the top schools.  Can you imagine going to a T10 if you were a 155 with a 2.8 gpa.  I don't know if you would be able to compete.
