TTTCHICk,
The bottom line is that the goal of a more inclusive system as you put it is only secondary. Primary goal is to create lawyers who are the most capable no matter of their creed.

TTTChick did you ever think that 9% is good enough. If not, what do you think would be a better system.

It's not wrong- I was giving you "mad props" through the use of sarcasm.

TTTChick,
I am pretty poor. I am an immigrant. I have only been in America since the 7th grade. I don't think this had any effect on my LSAT performance. What helped were the 25 timed real LSATs that I took before the actual test. I do not see your point at all. LSAT is supported by all of the admission committies, so "something" about it has to predict "something" pretaining to success in law school. Don't you think.

By the way what did you get on the LSAT?

"No doubt" szyzgy. I don't know why I am so defensive lately. Maybe it's the anticipation of the rejection letters.

Who told you that the job of law schools is to ensure justice and an operational democracy? I disagree.

TTTChick,
The goal of a law school, I think, is to graduate the best possible lawyers.

If 9% is not good enough what do you think would a good replacement for the LSAT. Would you like to administer it in 90 different languages maybe.
