anyone catch that article

in my sunday paper...it was I think National Journal it was all about Hurting Blacks.  Talked about how AA actually hurts AAs in regards to law school admissions.  It said that in the long run, less AAs are successful at bar passage, employment growth etc because they are not as qualified for LS as they should be.  It said that making admissions "color blind" (however they can do that) would actually make AAs more successful because the ones accepted would be accepted based on qualifications only

probably spoken about 10000 times on here but I thought it was interesting anyway!

Not sure what to say about that.  I disagree with anything that even approaches racism, but there also need to be guarantees in place that underqualifieds of any stripes aren't admitted to any school.  That would certainly include legacy admits like the President.
