Is it just me, or is everyone over there a bunch of <expletive> snobs?  Not everyone who applies to law school is like that, right?  (Mostly a rhetorical question- I have enough friends applying to/in law school to know the answer is no).

People are very quick to resort to name calling and personal attacks online... both here and on xoxohth (although moreso there)

I doubt the people who are like that on forums are actually like that in real life.

Probably, but I've observed over there much more of an attitude that "law school isn't worth it unless you get into t14"

I think that attitude is offensive, true, but if you can get past it you can find some really useful information. I check both of these sites a million times a day. When the elitists and insiders hijack the thread I just move on. Ain't no thang.

Sadly, it is. You should check out the comments related to Alicades (sp?) yale acceptance a couple days prior, too.

I hate that site because it doesn't let you see unread replies to your posts. DOWNY does not post there which means it sucks.
