For what it's worth, the locations of these two schools are vastly different, while their rankings are not. So, all things being relatively equal, location and placement opportunity should be your main decision-driver. If you want to live/practice in the Northeast, then Fordham is the way to go (I live in NYC and have Fordham-grad friends. It's got a good rep in the City). It will carry more weight with NY/Boston firms than a New Orleans-based school like Tulane.
Don't get me wrong, Tulane would be a great place to spend 3 years and is a great school, but do you want to practice in the South or the Northeast?
