The same thing happened to me when I submitted via LSCACD on the Web and I couldn't figure out how it used the version that highlighted changes.  I made the mistake of not checking the preview before I submitted.  I only noticed after I printed out the submitted application...to Harvard, no less.   :o

yea that was kinda strange how it doesnt show up when you view it in word, but it does on the pdf preview.  luckily i checked it before submitting and uploaded a clean version.
