Honestly not sure, but my kneejerk reaction is that the Guatamalan side of you would be considered eligible for affirmative action while the Iranian part may not. I really am basing this on very little knowledge though...
just want to confirm that iranian is not URM (i'm 100% and wrote a diversity statement on it hoping for div points anyway).
guatemalan does count (unless i'm wrong in thinking that guatemalans are included in the hispanic group?).
