Academic Specialties? Joint Degree?

I am a business Undergrad with a 3.2 GPA and 168 LSAT whose long term goal is to start a political career. I know I want to go to law school, but i am clueless as to what types of law even exist. I have heard terms like Constitutional Law, Business Law, etc. What else is there, and what careers do they offer? Is a joint JD/MBA useful? Any suggestions are welcome!

I am currently an MBA student and will attend law school soon.  Several attorneys/judges/professors that I know tell me that a MBA and JD is very marketable because you have developed business skills and legal skills.  I have chosen to pursue IP law b/c my background is in IT.  Good luck to you.
