Be careful regarding this. I have heard stories of Powerscore coming down hard on people reselling material.

I don't see how they can prevent you from selling books that you purchased. Perhaps this is an area of IP that I'll be exposed to during LS... Is anyone aware of litigation initiated by prep companies to punish a customer for selling his course book(s)?
If you are refering to the books from the powerscore prep course, there is some (questionable) copyright reasoning for this. The first class, we had to sign a form that included something about not transfering the materials to others. If you are refering to the LR/AR bibles/ stuff you can get at a bookstore, you are fine.
I have never heard of a lawsuit being filed in such a case, just the threat of legal action.
