any theories about temple's acceptance policy? the people accepted on this board and lsnumbers so far seem to have extremely high numbers (LSATS in the 170s). Im thinking Temple is accepting the auto-admits now and maybe some of the rest of us a bit later? keeping my fingers crossed anyhow.

yeah, that's a pretty logical assumption.  They are going to accept the best first.  Anyone in the middle won't hear 'til after New Years IMO

It seems the idea of "rolling admissions" is actually a big fat lie.

I agree. I got an email from them on 11/8 letting me know that my file is complete and that I will receive a decision in 8-12 weeks. I still haven't heard anything. They are definitely admitting the high LSAT scores first.

Which I *suppose* might be ok if they didn't lie about it.

I think rolling admissions is a myth most places.  Just look at Lawschoolnumbers.com and notice that schools aren't sending out anything (in general) except acceptances so far.  Everybodys in a mad rush to get the most qualified applicants.  The idea that they somehow have a line of applications that they Acc/WL/Rej as they go is pretty out there.
