Auto-admit/reject Index scores
« on: December 10, 2004, 08:37:52 PM »
Just from the numbers of people accepted and from what I've heard from others, it looks like GW's auto-admit, auto-reject numbers are 3.4 and 3.1 respectively.  Does anyone know any other school's numbers?

Looking on last years LSN it looks like several people with a 3.4 index were waitlisted and a few with 3.1 were accepted off the waitlist. So I wouldn't say that's a hard and fast rule right now.

I think that you have to take any of these auto-admit/reject index #'s with a grain of salt. They are certainly a handy way of determining your chances at many schools, but don't rely on them.
