Fordham, NYU, USC are super reaches- look at LSN- your GPA is way too low and your LSAT is not going to be enough to pull you up. I would think that all the other schools should be considered target schools, but would place Santa Clara in as a reach.

I've changed my list a little bit based on stats from lsac's site and chiashu but I read that chiashu isn't reliable. Is that true? And what would be the most reliable stats?
